How it works

Five steps from checking to a solicitor taking your claim on. Most of them are ours.

My Business Energy Refunds · Updated 21 October 2026

1. Check

Seven details: your name, business, email, mobile, average monthly bill, whether a broker arranged your contract before October 2022, and how long it ran. Nothing to sign today. Under a minute, and nothing to pay.

2. We request your records

If we need your supplier's records, the first WhatsApp or email from us carries a link to sign a Letter of Authority, one tap. It lets us ask your supplier for your contracts and bills. We send the request the same day and chase it until the records come back. Suppliers usually reply within 21 days.

3. Your account manager calls you

Usually within a few hours on a working day, from 01332 492384. They go through what you have, what the broker told you and any questions. Rather pick the time? Request a call back from your claim page.

4. Add what you can find

Your claim page shows what we need, one thing at a time: your bills, the contract and the broker's paperwork. Upload photos or PDFs, one at a time or all at once, or send them on WhatsApp. Anything you cannot find, we get from your supplier.

No password

Your claim page opens from the link in any message from us, and your phone remembers it. On another device, open the link in your WhatsApp or email.

5. A solicitor from our panel takes it on

We work with a panel of regulated solicitors and place your claim with the one best suited to your type of case. You complete their questionnaire, then a call with your account manager and the solicitor goes through their agreement. You decide whether to go ahead. No win, no fee.

Already have a claim page?

Open the link in any email or WhatsApp from us, or choose My claim page in the menu. You never need to start a new claim just to add a document.

Under a minute to find out.

Seven details, under a minute. Nothing to pay, nothing to sign today.
